ArdVetteAutomotive platform for Radio control via Android app or Self-drive with SR-04 Ranger modules (left, right, front).
Two Options 'Tesla 1' - use Android to drive the car and 'teach' it a route on a track. Then have car drive route without user intervention. 'Tesla 2' - Use SR-O4 Rangers to measure left and right side distances from walls and have car adjust left/right to stay centred in the lane. Use front SR-04 to stop car before crashing into an object in front of it (also apply brake lights). Car can be activated via Android RC Car app or on-board momentary contact switch. The car includes the following hardware: Arduino Micro - can be removed and reused L293D Dual H-bridge for motor control (drive motor slowed down with PWM) SR-04 Data Ranger modules (forward, left, right) HC-05 Bluetooth module can be inserted for remote control LEDs in the back act as brake lights when the front ranger detects approaching obstacle Activation button and Arduino Reset button have been installed. |
